There are generally no special requirements for the composition and quality of the concrete.
A cleaner and more evenly distributed concrete structure can be achieved using the Bitschnau Betomat.
Continuous application of layers between 20 and 30 cm high with subsequent compaction.
Implementation is in cycles, allowing rapid discharging of the mixer and balance time for lifting the reinforcement.

The assembly of box-outs, mounting parts, rebar connection systems, etc. follows a script. Mounting parts are fixed to or between the rebars and as the slipform rises. The mounting tolerances are approx. +/-2.5 cm.
Advantageous are:

• ability to weld fastenings
• mounting parts of the same size (series)
• slightly conical recesses
• early approval of plans for timely preparation of the script and preparation of the mounting parts and recess systems.

The reinforcement is installed continuously during slipforming. The installation capacity depends on the jointly selected slipforming rate:

• concrete cover (1.5 - 5 cm) using sliding hooks
• reinforcement clearance approx. 77 cm or 78 cm
• uprights to approx. 4 m without reinforcement holder
• uprights to approx. 6 m with reinforcement holder

The fresh concrete surface is abraded from a suspended platform. Continuous abrasion creates a homogeneous and pore-free concrete surface.
